More information on team placement can be found in our by-laws on our website.

Wed, Feb 16th - 12U ages only

Volunteer Requirements:    Parents in all age groups (8U thru 14U) are required to work a set amount of hours at our June 10-12, 2022 Shamrock Showdown Rosemount hosted tournament.  In 2021, this requirement was 7.0 hours per child (14 hours max per family) in the program.  The requirement for the upcoming Spring/Summer Season has not yet been determined.  To ensure the hours are worked, all parents are required to provide a 'volunteer' check, made out to RAAA, in the amount of $300 per child. A volunteer check is required for your daughter to participate in traveling softball activities but will NOT be cashed if the required volunteer hours are completed. Volunteer checks will be collected at the Uniform Try-on/Ordering event in February 2022 (date TBD).

*Please note: If you are unable to work your volunteer hours, you may make arrangements to have someone work in your place.  This person must be at least 15 years or older.

Coaches/Assistant Coaches/Team Managers: Traveling Softball is always looking for parents to help out in the program. If you are interested in helping out, please click on the "Chip In!-Volunteer Now" link towards the top of this registration. Head coaches that apply will be interviewed by the Evaluation Committee, then reviewed and voted on by the Traveling Softball Board. All head and assistant coaches will need to clear background check, take required PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) training (offered thru RAAA) & complete online concussion training.  More information will be sent after registration closes.  Head coaches receive waiver for 1 player's volunteer hours for the season.  We are always in need of good coaches!
