Four Saturdays of Skills Development, lead by In-House Basketball Player Development Board members and Parent volunteers.
Sessions are designed to give Kindergartners an opportunity to learn and build on basketball skills in a fun clinic setting.
Skills to be taught include: Shooting, dribbling, passing, catching, offensive and defensive skills.
Parent coaches will help run stations under the direction of the In-House Coordinator. Players will be placed in groups of 6-8 players.
Dates: January 8th,15th, 22nd and 29th
Day/Time: Saturdays, 8:30 am-9:15 am or 9:30 am-10:15 am
Location: Shannon Park Elementary
Provided: Each player will receive a t-shirt (unless they already participated in the Fall 2021 Clinics. Then, please wear shirt from the Fall.)
**Please note: 2 times slots are offered. Please let us know in comment section if one is better than other and we will try our best to accomadate. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY ONLY HAVE ONE SESSION IF WE DO NOT HAVE HIGH ENOUGH REGISTRATION NUMBERS FOR TWO SESSIONS.
The Kindergarten program will need volunteer coaches to help teach the skills and help organize players from station to station. Every week coaches will receive a clinic plan with all the drills and skills that they will need to teach. If possible, it would be great to have two coaches per 6-7 kids. Please consider giving a bit of your time and talent!!!
